Main Responsibilities: • Providing exceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, and professionally on all customers’ inquiries and managing customer feedback and product reviews • Timely and accurately handling all order processing workflow • Receive product into our inventory management system and into warehouse • Data entry of orders/credits/returns for inventory management and manage inventory level to ensure timely replenishment • Assist in FBA shipments, sales, marketing and etc Desired Skills and Experience: • HS degree or above • A hardworking team player with high integrity • A quick learner with high willingness to learn • An organized and detail-oriented self starter with multi-tasking ability • Proficient in Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite products (Excel most important), Internet applications and E-mail. • Excellent writing with creative spirit and passion about making an impact through writing is a big plus • Ecommerce Customer Service, order management, and/or fulfillment experience is a big plus • Skills or experiences on graphic design is a big plus. • Experience with Fashion Retailing, Accounting, Database, Merchandising, is a big plus. • Ability to read Chinese is a big plus.
